After a successful career in "Corporate America," I decided it was time to turn my lifelong passion for cooking into my full-time profession.
I graduated from the California School of Culinary Arts with a Diplome in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, completed my training in The Dining Room at the Ritz-Carlton Huntington Hotel in Pasadena, and opened my Personal Chef service, Just No Thyme.
I remember what it was like to come home after a long day in the office knowing I still had to fix dinner. No matter how much I enjoyed cooking, it was always easier to just pick something up. I knew there had to be a better solution.
Through Just No Thyme I am able to use my skills and passion by providing wholesome, fresh meals for my clients. Meals that can go from the refrigerator to the table in just a matter of a few minutes. These are not fattening, overly rich meals. My goal is to create delicious, nutritious food that my clients can and want to enjoy every day...even the kids.
Native to the San Gabriel Valley, I grew up in South Pasadena, and graduated from the University of Southern California. I have been an active member of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses for nearly 15 years.
I am licensed, insured, bonded, a certified ServSafe food handler and a member of the United States Personal Chef Association.
I am looking forward to meeting with you to see how we can start to make your life a little easier. Why wait, contact us today.
Remember, we are there when you don't have time to cook!
